Jude is 11 months old!

Oh goodness! No no no no no no no no! Only one more month and my baby is one year old! Where did this year go??

Jude at 11 months:

Jude is of course crawling and getting into everything. He likes to pull himself up to the couch or whatever he can reach.

He has 4 teeth, 2 on top and 2 on bottom.

Jude loves his blankets, brother, sister, baths, and snuggles!

He makes this growl that we have no idea how he got started with. Its pretty funny! He also makes this squawking noise when he wants something or isn't getting his way.

Jude is not shy, but if a stranger approaches he will tuck his head into my shoulder and bat his long eyelashes at them. Little ham!

Speaking of hams, unlike his brother, he is not shy for photos!

Momma's boy, big time!

Jude is still by far our pickiest eater.

He is size 12-18 month in clothing.

I'd guess he's about 22 pounds now and 30 inches long. Oh how he has grown!

We LOVE our sweet Jude so much! Its funny how it can seem like life has never existed with out him. He is a great blessing to us, and I am going to be valiant in holding on to this last sweet month of his first year!

Halloween 2014!

This year I had a bit more energy and I made sure to use it on some fun for Halloween! I LOVE Fall and October! Love it! We made Halloween cookies, Halloween dinners(along with Chili and fun Fall foods!), went to a few pumpkin patches, carved our pumpkins, enjoyed the gorgeous colors, and I even made Emma's costume. I would have made Owen's but he just would not commit to an idea so he was Buzz Lightyear again. Can you guess who Emma was?? Of course...Elsa! :) Jude even got to join in on his first year and was the cutest baby dragon ever! Below are some snapshots of our Halloween!

Jude is 10 months!

Yep, its here again. Another month has passed. Note my enthusiasm. Time is just outta control! I'm not happy about it. It seems to be stealing my baby from me! Jude is 10 months old. He is now army crawling after me. He hair is so soft and silky and has doubled in quantity over the last month or so. He now has 3 teeth. Two bottoms and a top.  He loves Mommy and tries valiantly to crawl after her. If that fails, then rolling gets the job done. hehe. He amazes me every day. His personality is so bright and its shining through! He is a big momma's boy. Unless we are at the store with Dad and then he wants to be held by Dad. He higher up you see. I get a good chuckle out of it! He is also a fan of anything Owen is playing with and Owen is not so keen on this. Hmmmm....sound familiar?(Dad and his brother Austin? ha!) Jude is as ever, such a sweet boy. I cannot believe how time has flown by! We love you Jude!

Fall is here!

Fall has arrived! It's my favorite time of year. Best way to kick it off? A trip to a pumpkin patch! Ok, make that two in a week. :) Pumpkins, hay bales, punkin Chunkin, and a corn maze, Kids had such a great time and it makes it that much more enjoyable for us! Leaves are turning and the chill is creeping in. Time for sweaters, boots, and mugs of hot cocoa!

Brothers!

We bought the boys their first pair of matching pj's. Their reaction was so stinkin sweet! Hugs and affection and Jude adoring his big brother. I mean, just look at the photos for yourself! They love each other so much. Melts my heart! Buddies for life!

Daddy is 29 again!! :)

Happy Birthday to Daddy! We have become Seattle Seahawk fans in the last few years and this year Emma wanted to give Daddy a Seahawks birthday. So we found him some Seahawks cupcakes to eat while we watched a Seahawks game and he wore his Seahawks shirt. Happy Birthday! The big 35. :)

Emma's New Room!

Owen and Jude aren't the only ones with a new room! I finally finished up Emma's at the end of the summer. I LOVE her cute bedding and theme, but it really needed a make-over. So I painted her old dresser and then painted and added a headboard I had, made some wall art, and viola! A fun updated room for our sweet Emma! I'm not 100% finished as I have plans for some book shelves and a photo string, but overall I'm very happy with how its turning out. One of my favorite rooms in the house! It's so happy! Seriously, how can you go in there and not be happy? :)
