Chicken (or shrimp), Spinach, and Tortellini Dish:
2 to 3 cups cooked and chopped chicken, or 1 pound cooked shrimp
1 can petite diced tomatoes, unseasoned
1 and 1/2 cup spinach, torn
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Kraft Roasted Red Pepper and Parmesean Italian dressing
2tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 family size package of cheese tortellini
